Cash processing Centre Senior Supervisor

For local candidates holding valid and transferable residency in Kuwait only.

Purpose of Job- Responsible for the overall functioning of Cash Processing Centre with particular emphasis to technical, logistical operations, cashiering, cash custodianship, sorting, consolidation, daily reconciliation and two-way balancing of cash inflows and outflows.

Key Tasks and responsibilities

Organize and control the complete operation and all other activities of the CPC operation.

Ensure that the SOPs and Work Instructions related to CPC activities are implemented and.

Complied with, by subordinate Supervisors, Ledger holders and cashiers.

Monitor and report compliance of cashiers and processing staff on the CPC productivity.

Requirements daily, ensures that the departments generate results meeting customer.

Specifications on quality and time schedules.

Supervise activities and performance of the CPC through actual observation; analyse the daily.

Operational problems, make decisions and take remedial action within limits of authorities set for.

The position.

Ensure the conduct of preventive maintenance check-ups and repairs on technical.

Equipment and facilities needed for CPC operations.

Manage and control activities of subordinate Supervisors and staff concerning the performance of their job functions and completion of task assignments in accordance with prescribed standards, in the process providing motivational approaches, training and development, coaching, and counselling, or disciplinary action as needed.

Ensure the avoidance of cash losses for both customers and the company.

Meet and exceed customer service level agreement expectations.

Ensure full compliance of all Mandatory Security Principles and procedures within the centre.

Deal with disciplinary matters and appeals and grievances in line with Company policy.

Investigate and report the incidents and Maintain stocks of assets of the Company and customers.

Requirements

Graduation certificate and Business Management Skills are (Preferable)

Good English communication skills and Excellent knowledge of MS office.

Strong influence and relationship building skills.

Problem solving attitude and leadership skills is an advantage.

At least three years of work experience derived from banking and financial institutions.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
