Position: Guest Relationship Officer (GRO)

Nationality: Tunisian preferred

Location: Salmiya

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries via video calls and audio calls.

Communicate professionally across social networking platforms (Instagram, Snpchat, Whats App, Facebook, etc. )

Engage with guests online and offline

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Assist with online promotions and digital communication.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with video and audio communication.

Active on social media and networking platforms.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Presentable and confident

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
