Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, BCA, or a related field

2–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT support

Must possess transferable residency in Kuwait

Required Technical Skills

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer networks

Hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and repair

General IT support, including system and user assistance
