Hiring - Office Admin (Male) - Kuwait Only

We are looking for Office Admin

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the Executive manager, Operation manager, site Engineers, and other staff.

2. Must have excellent communication skills, able to assist in telephone calls, and email draftings.

3. Manages correspondence by answering emails with supplier’s clients Etc.

4. Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.

5. Creating invoices, purchase orders Etc.

6. Maintaining a proper record of all the invoices, purchase orders, etc. in the database and in the filing as well.

7. Follow up on invoices.

8. Maintaining Stock IN and OUT entry

9. Maintaining Employee payroll/Salary and documents.

10. Petty Cash Handling

11. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

12. Proficient in MS office
