Hiring in Kuwait – Site Engineer (Civil) / Foreman

We are looking for motivated and experienced Site Engineers (Civil) and Foremen to join our team in Kuwait for ongoing civil construction projects.

Location: Kuwait (Local hiring only)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Purpose:

To supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure execution according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site

• Ensure execution as per approved civil drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage

• Raise RFIs and support technical coordination

• Maintain daily reports and site documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (for Site Engineer)

• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction projects

• Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is an advantage
