Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Officer to oversee and streamline HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent problem- solving skills, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day- to- day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee performance reviews
Support management in strategic planning and talent development
Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives
Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Provide guidance to junior HR staff and act as a point of escalation for complex HR issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
