Hiring Urgently (Must be in Kuwait) – HR Assistant & Admin / HR Officer (MUST BE IN KUWAIT & READY TO JOIN)

Responsibilities & Duties
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Effectively coordinate and conduct all payroll and HR administrative activities.
• Support with timely updates and calculations related to payroll elements viz., Attendance, Overtime, leaves, provision.
• Compile, verify and run the monthly staff payroll and resolve all employee issues related to payroll to ensure that all employees are paid on time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar; Accredited HR Certification / MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources Management.
• Proven successful experience in building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships.
• Updated knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, Residency, and Government documentations and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Proficient in EXCEL and Formulas
• Strong action orientation and initiative, balanced with the ability to work within policies and priorities.
• Understanding of filing and archiving systems, workflow systems and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of best HR practices.
