Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train QC inspectors/analysts. Assign daily testing/inspection priorities and evaluate team performance.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and implement QC procedures, test methods, and inspection criteria for incoming materials, in- process production, and final goods.

• Investigation: Spearhead root- cause analyses for non- conformances, customer complaints, or atypical test results. Recommend and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.

• Reporting & Compliance: Document quality issues, generate analytical reports, and maintain accurate records. Ensure facility compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, cGMP, HACCP) and health/safety standards.

• Cross- Functional Liaison: Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain departments to address production bottlenecks and integrate quality goals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook.

• Certifications

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
