Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel Industry (Accommodation Provided)

We are looking for an experienced and detail- oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards

• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff

• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping- related issues promptly

• Report maintenance issues to the engineering department

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel industry

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel housekeeping standards

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
