Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR- related documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate documentation.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Payroll Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances data.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and end- of- service benefits where applicable.
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll- related discrepancies.
Coordinate with Finance regarding salary payments and payroll accounting requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including social security, tax, and other government- related deductions.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll issues promptly.
Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
