Looking for HR Manager ( F&B Only)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in the F&B sector.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including occupational health and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR- related issues, including performance management and succession planning.
Qualifications:
• 5- 10 years of experience in the F&B industry (Must)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, specifically in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
