Responsibilities:

•Post job ads and advertise openings

•Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

•Coordinate interviews and reference checks

•Manage the hiring process and candidate communication

•Collaborate with hiring managers

•Assist with onboarding new hires

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree

•Proven experience in recruitment

•Strong communication and organizational skills
