Human Resources and Admin Officer

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources and Admin Officer to support the Human Resources and Administration department. This role reports directly to the Human Resources and Admin Manager and will assist in managing day-to-day Human Resources operations, administrative tasks, compliance matters, and payroll processing.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Human Resources practices, local labor laws, and payroll systems. They must be organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as the role involves collaboration with various departments including Public Relations Officer , Logistics, and Finance.

Key Focus Areas:

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

Coordinating government-related processes and employee documentation.

Managing administrative duties such as office supplies, travel arrangements, and filing systems.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal Human Resources policies.

This is a pivotal support role for ensuring smooth Human Resources operations and a compliant, well-organized workplace environment.
