Hiring Human Resources officer
We are hiring immediate joiners as Human Resources officer.
Responsibilities:
1- Support the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.
2- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
3- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
4- Develop training and development programs.
5- Assist in performance management processes.
6- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
7- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
8- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
1- Proven experience as Human Resources officer, administrator, or other Human Resources position.
2-Knowledge of Human Resources functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development )
3-Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
4-Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
5-Outstanding organizational and time- management abilities.
6-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7-Problem- solving and decision- making aptitude.
