Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to manage and oversee core HR functions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and hands- on HR operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment and selection process

-Maintain and update personnel files and employee records

-Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

-Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies

-Support general HR administration and reporting as required

Requirements:

- any nationality (MALE)

- Proven experience in HR operations

- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to join immediately

Basic Salary KD 400

Technical Allowance KD 50
