We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and MEP projects.

Strong ability to coordinate HVAC works with other services such as Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.

Experience in supervising site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC and MEP drawings.

Good knowledge of ducting, piping, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Capable of ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.

Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily HVAC installation activities on site.

Coordinate with other MEP trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress.

Plan and allocate manpower and resources efficiently.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.

Report progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
