Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul hydraulic systems on heavy equipment and machinery.

• Diagnose faults in hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, hoses, and control systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

• Remove, replace, and test hydraulic components to ensure proper operation.

• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, and service documentation.

• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, and performance checks on hydraulic systems.

• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and repair documentation.

• Coordinate with service engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete maintenance activities efficiently.

Requirements & Qualification:

• Technical Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hydraulic repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial equipment.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance procedures.
