We're Hiring | Hypermarket Store Manager (Bilingual Arabic & English)

Location: Kuwait

City Hypermarket is seeking a highly experienced and results- driven Hypermarket Store Manager to lead store operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall hypermarket operations to achieve sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.

- Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company objectives and retail standards.

- Monitor sales performance, inventory turnover, shrinkage, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure effective merchandising, stock management, promotional execution, and product availability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across all departments.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and business performance to support strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, and Merchandising teams to achieve business objectives.

- Lead customer service excellence initiatives and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company operational standards.

- Manage departmental budgets, cost control measures, manpower planning, and productivity improvements.

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop department managers and store teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Services, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of Hypermarket Operations experience within FMCG Retail or related sectors.

- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Strong experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

- Experience with ERP systems, retail technology platforms, automation tools, and BI dashboards.

- Professional certifications such as CRMP or Customer Service Excellence are an advantage.

- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
