Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,

0Networks, printers, and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer and Servers systems and networks.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support across the company.

Setting up user accounts and email for new users.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Follow up with staff to ensure the problem is resolved.

Provide? training to new staff

Required skills and qualifications:
