Immediate Hiring: Kitchen / Restaurant Supervisor – Lebanese Cuisine

Locations: Andalus & Aswaq Al Quarain (2 Branches)

Experience: 2 – 5 Years | Immediate Joiners | Visa 18 Ahli Accepted

Working Hours: 8 Hrs / 6 Days a Week

Requirement: Preferably with Driving License

Key Responsibilities:

1) Supervise daily restaurant & kitchen operations

2) Maintain quality, hygiene & food safety standards

3) Monitor staff performance and ensure team discipline

4) Handle customer complaints to ensure excellent service

5) Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination

6) Assist in training and motivating staff

7) Ensure compliance with company policies & health regulations

8) Support management to achieve sales & operational targets
