> Proven work experience with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in 3- 5 Star Hotel & Restaurant.

> A relevant Training Certificate in Culinary or Hotel & Restaurant Management.

> Knowledgeable in Restaurant Menu, Recipe Manual, Food & Beverage Management ( Kitchen , Bar Station & Dining Area )

> Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

> Has ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances friendly, and professional with co- staff and the Customer.

> Able to work with Flexible duty hour & under pressure and with or without the supervision of the Manager
