Human Resources Officer -01

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We expect you to have knowledge of various Human Resources functions. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.


Support the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Develop training and development programs.

Assist in performance management processes.

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor s Degree in business administration or relevant field.

Proven 3-5 years of experience as Human Resources officer, administrator or other Human Resources position.

Knowledge of Human Resources functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development etc.)

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability

Human Resources Credentials (e.g. PHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute)

Human Resources Recruiter - 01

We are looking for an Human Resources Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Human Resources Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively.


Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels.

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)

Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

Monitor key Human Resources metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Requirements and skills

BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.

Proven 3-5 years of work experience as an Human Resources Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

experience with sourcing techniques

Understanding of referral programs

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Sound judgment

Preferred Indian with the transferrable residence.
