A travel and tourism company is looking to hire a Travel & Reservation Officer with experience in the travel and tourism field to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Booking and issuing airline tickets.

- Booking hotels and arranging all necessary travel requirements for customers.

- Following up on reservations and making amendments when required.

- Handling reservation systems such as Galileo & Amadeus, as well as online booking platforms as well.

- Providing customer support and responding to travel- related inquiries.

Requirements:

- Experience in the travel and tourism field.

- Good knowledge of flight and hotel reservations.

- Ability to deal with customers professionally.

- Commitment, discipline, and reliability.

- Good command of English; Arabic knowledge is preferred.

- Applicant must be Indian or Bangladeshi nationality.
