Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare quotations and process sales orders.

Follow up with customers on inquiries and quotations.

Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.

1–3 years of experience in retail or indoor sales (experience in paints, hardware, or building materials is an advantage).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
