We are looking for a well organized Indoor Salesman for our Steel company to manage day to day customer interactions and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, prior sales experience and ability to manage customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming customers inquiries via Phone and Walk Ins.

• Assist customer with product display and selection.

• Prepare sales documentation, for smooth customer experience

• Follow up with customer regarding quotations, orders and delivery updates

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth sales experience

• Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions.

• Support the sales manager with pricing, stock availability and simple reporting

• Communicate with customers regarding payment follow ups, product availability, and delivery schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native Arabic speaker

• Prior experience in a Sales or Customer service roles

• Strong communication and follow up skills

• Good understanding of the market is beneficial.

• Basic level of computer proficiency is required

Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidates experience, skills and overall fit for the role.
