We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Injection Machine Operator with hands- on experience in CNC 3- axis machines for manufacturing rubber and PVC products.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and manage injection molding machines and CNC 3- axis machines

Produce high- quality rubber and PVC items such as logos, keychains, badges, molds, and promotional products

Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth production

Develop and modify molds and designs based on requirements

Monitor production quality and troubleshoot technical issues

Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost- effectiveness

Work closely with design and production teams to create innovative products

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Injection Machine Operator / CNC Operator

Strong knowledge of rubber and PVC manufacturing processes

Experience in making custom logos, keychains, molds, and similar products

Ability to operate CNC 3- axis machines confidently

Understanding of materials, temperature control, and molding techniques

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machines

High attention to detail and quality control

Ability to develop new product ideas and improve designs

Independent worker who can manage machines with minimal supervision

Experience in promotional items or custom product manufacturing is a strong advantage
