About the Role

B- Architects is looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Interior Site Engineer to join our team and support the execution of high- end residential interior projects across Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily supervision of site activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring workmanship, and assisting with material sourcing and procurement to ensure projects are delivered according to the approved design, quality standards, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

-Supervise daily interior fit- out works on site.

-Ensure all work is executed according to the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

-Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

-Monitor workmanship and ensure high- quality execution.

-Identify site issues and report them promptly with practical solutions.

-Prepare daily site progress updates and photo reports.

-Conduct site measurements and inspections as required.

-Visit suppliers and showrooms to source materials and finishes.

-Obtain quotations, compare products, and check material availability.

-Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.

-Attend meetings with contractors and suppliers when required.

-Support the project team in achieving project milestones and maintaining project quality.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit- out projects.

-Experience in residential villas is preferred.

-Strong understanding of interior construction details and finishing works.

-Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

-Valid Kuwait driving licence
