Job Title: International Cuisine Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative International Cuisine Chef with strong knowledge of global culinary traditions. The ideal candidate will prepare authentic dishes from multiple cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of international dishes (e.g., Continental, Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Latin, etc.)

Design and update menus that reflect global food trends and customer preferences

Ensure authenticity of flavors while adapting dishes to local tastes when required

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene

Manage food preparation timing to ensure efficient service

Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation

Coordinate with kitchen staff and support team members

Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage inventory

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a chef specializing in international cuisine

Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience preferred

Strong knowledge of global ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques

Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced kitchen environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Team player with good communication skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
