Ensuring Accurate and Efficient Inventory Control
Position Overview
The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all processes related to the storage, tracking, and distribution of a company’s inventory. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, supporting business operations while minimizing excess stock and costs.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all incoming shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of goods.
• Verify quantities, specifications, and condition of products against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Manage and control inventory storage, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and location tracking within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate real- time inventory records in the ERP system (Odoo) by conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and propose inventory strategies.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and dead inventory
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions

• Develop and implement procedures for inventory control, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory.
• Train staff on best practices for handling and tracking inventory.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for inventory management
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time- management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
