We're seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and provide excellent support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network- related issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within systems and applications

Perform regular system maintenance and software updates

Monitor system performance and ensure data security through backups and updates

Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio/visual equipment for meetings and presentations

Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role

Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools

Experience with cloud- based platforms and virtualization technologies

Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

Experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, or other collaboration tools

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Experience with help desk software and remote desktop applications
