We are looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Amwaaj Dental Center. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ERP system implementation, CRM, and CMS management, along with strong IT support and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Implementation & Management

Oversee the implementation and integration of an ERP system.

Customize ERP features to align with business needs.

Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage.

CRM & CMS Management

Set up, manage, and optimize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Ensure seamless functionality of the Content Management System (CMS).

Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth system updates and data management.

IT Support & Network Management

Maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and internet connectivity.

Provide IT support for hardware, software, and system issues.

Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place.

Microsoft Excel & Data Analysis

Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.

Create dashboards and reports for management insights.

Requirements:

Experience in ERP, CRM, and CMS implementation & management.

Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, automation).

Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.

Immediate availability preferred.
