1. 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in IT support or a similar technical role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills

1. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems and office software.

2. Familiarity with ticketing systems.

Basic knowledge of system

1. Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all kinds of printers.

2. Experience with setting up and troubleshooting networking equipment (routers, switches,

Wi- Fi)

3. Experience with back up solutions and disaster recovery planning.

4. Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and anti- virus software.
