IT Technician Required

• Set up work systems using computers and necessary devices such as routers, printers, etc.

• Monitor and check computer hardware (hard drives, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.

• Install appropriate software and features according to specifications and requirements.

• Manage and verify passwords and their compliance with security standards.

• Develop and maintain internal networks to improve performance.

• Protect and ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

• Follow up and conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems through maintenance or equipment replacement.

• Maintain repair records and maintenance schedules for computers and office equipment.

• Identify needs for computers, accessories, office equipment, and network equipment.

• Ability to manage and monitor the operation of the organization's computer network and related equipment.

• Knowledge of information security protection and monitoring procedures.

• Ability to work individually and in teams.

• Ability to solve problems and handle them efficiently to provide effective technical solutions that achieve their objectives.

• Analyzing digital systems, whether security or operational systems, to improve their efficiency and leverage their features.

• Attention to fine details to discover the origin of each technical problem and address it in the most appropriate manner.

• Research skills, access to accurate information, and making the right decision when faced with an unfamiliar problem.

• Creativity and the ability to provide constantly updated solutions beyond the conventional solutions or those currently available in the technical market.

Qualifications and Training Required for the Information Technology Position

Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, information systems, information security, information technology management, or any other field.
