We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer- focused Barista to join our team! As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high- quality coffee and espresso beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to maintain a clean, welcoming environment in our café.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and specialty drinks

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas

Take customer orders, process payments, and manage the cash register

Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service to all customers

Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with opening/closing duties

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required (training can be provided)

Passion for coffee and customer service

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
