Job Announcement – Project Business Development Manager (Civil & Building Projects)

We are seeking to hire a Project Business Development Manager to lead the Civil & Building Projects Division — combining strong project execution skills with strategic business development expertise to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from tendering to final delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and supervise teams and subcontractors.

• Lead pricing, tender preparation, and submission for government and private projects.

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.

• Represent the company in industry events and conferences to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s in Project Management or Business preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing civil or industrial projects in Kuwait.

• Proven track record in business development or marketing within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Office).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Valid driving license.
