We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse stock management, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth stock movement. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced Excel and other inventory management tools to maintain accurate records and optimize stock control.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Stock Control

Monitor in- stock and out- of- stock items in the warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and other tools.

Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid shortages.

Track stock movement and update reports regularly.

Warehouse Operations

Organize and manage warehouse storage efficiently.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock restocking.

Implement best practices for inventory tracking and loss prevention.

Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Reporting & Optimization

Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and other tools for stock analysis.

Generate inventory reports for management.

Identify opportunities to improve stock management processes.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.

✔ Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

✔ Knowledge of inventory tracking software/tools.

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

✔ Ability to work independently and handle stock efficiently.
