We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer with experience in the Oil and Gas Sector, strong technical expertise and effective project management skills to successfully lead and deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and engineering support throughout project phases.

Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions and coordination with clients and principals.

Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial vendor offers.

Oversee all aspects of project execution including engineering, procurement, contracting, and site coordination etc. To ensure efficient, cost-effective and timely delivery across all project phases.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties to ensure timely project delivery.

Develop competitive technical proposals aligned with client requirements.

Conduct market research to support strategic planning.

Manage documentation including plans, reports and correspondence.

Ensure compliance with upstream O and G standards and procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to interpret and develop BFDs, PFDs, P and IDs etc.

Solid understanding of project management, cost estimation, tendering and bidding.

Skilled in proposal writing, contract evaluation, compliance and negotiation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
