About the Role:

Responsible for the detailed engineering design and detailing of structural steel components. Ensure the technical accuracy and constructability of the company's fabrication drawing. Contribute to the efficient and effective execution of engineering projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models for workshop fabrication Shop Drawings

• Submit 3D model & Shop Drawings for client approval

• Develop detailed fabrication drawings, including plans, elevations, and shop details, based on the approved design specifications

• Review and interpret engineering design documents, such as calculations, drawings, and specifications

• Collaborate with the Design Engineers to ensure the seamless integration of the design and detailing functions

• Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies during the detailing process

• Release approved shop drawings to workshop for fabrication according to project priority

• Provide technical support and guidance to the Production Department to facilitate the fabrication and assembly of steel components

• Stay up to date with industry standards, construction practices, and technological advancements related to structural steel detailing

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's detailing processes and documentation

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar detailing software.

• Knowledge of design codes (AISC, BS, IS, or Eurocodes).
