Hiring for following positions

1. Help Desk operator

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls, emails, and service requests from clients and internal departments.

Record all service requests accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Help Desk software.

Assign and dispatch work orders to the concerned technicians or site teams based on priority and location.

Monitor the status of open work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Update clients and supervisors on job progress, delays, or completion.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on service calls, response times, and pending jobs.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and procurement for material or manpower requirements.

Salary KD 200/-

2. Purchaser

Must hold a valid Kuwait driving license.

Must have good knowledge of the local market,

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle site purchase requests and coordinate with vendors efficiently.

Salary KD 250/-
