1. Quality Controller (for our Avenues and Aswaq Qurain Branch)

-Bachelor s degree in food science, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.

-Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a quality control or food safety role, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.

-Certification in food safety is highly desirable.

-Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and best practices in quality control and assurance.

-Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate staff on quality control procedures.

2. Cook (for Aswaq Qurain)

-3-5 Years experience as a cook from a reputable restaurant.

-Good experience in preparing breakfast dishes.

-Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, HACCP, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
