Job Vacancy: HR & Admin Manager

We are looking to hire a professional and experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage and oversee the company’s Human Resources and Administration functions in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should be, well- versed in Kuwait Labour Law, and capable of handling HR operations, employee relations, government documentation, administration, and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR and administration functions of the company, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, staff attendance, leave management, performance evaluation support, and employee relations.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling administrative matters, coordinating with government authorities, managing company documentation, drafting official letters, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies.

Main Duties

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and separation process.

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company HR policies.

• Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, warning letters, memos, and official correspondence.

• Coordinate with government departments for residency, work permits, licenses, and other official requirements.

• Draft letters and communications.

• Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave, overtime, and employee deductions.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and internal HR issues professionally.

• Manage office administration, facilities, company documents, and general administrative support.

• Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning, staff requirements, and performance reviews.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of all HR and admin matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 7–10 years of HR and Administration experience, preferably in Kuwait.

• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and government procedures.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to draft professional letters, emails, memos, and reports.

• Strong leadership, problem- solving, and decision- making skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR/ERP systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters professionally.

• Transferable residency in Kuwait is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a mature, proactive, and disciplined candidate who can take full ownership of the HR and Administration department. The candidate should be able to deal confidently with employees, management, government authorities, and external parties.
