Job Vacancy: Marketing & Sales Engineer – Steel Fabrication

Location: Kuwait | Full- Time

We are a leading steel fabrication company in Kuwait seeking a results- driven Marketing & Sales Engineer to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

• Develop marketing strategies and pursue new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with technical teams on feasible designs and accurate project costing.

• Prepare bids, proposals, and presentations.

• Maintain client relationships and CRM records.

• Achieve monthly sales targets .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering only.

• 2–3 years of sales experience in steel fabrication or construction in Kuwait.

• Knowledge of fabrication processes, basic design, and cost estimation.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
