Job Description:

As a Marketing & Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by reaching out to potential clients, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for the promotion of our high- quality steel products and services, ensuring that our brand becomes the first choice in the steel fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients in various industries such as construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our steel fabrication services.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients.

• Manage and update customer databases and track business development activities.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Required an Adequate Knowledge in cost Estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering).

• Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the steel fabrication or construction industry in Kuwait.

• Strong understanding of steel products and fabrication processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
