Job Vacancy: Office Administrator (Male) – Kuwait

We are currently hiring an Office Administrator (Male) to join our team in Kuwait.

Requirements:

Currently available in Kuwait

Valid Article 18 transferable residency

1–2 years of relevant experience in office administration or coordination roles

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and email handling)

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Role (Overview):

Managing day- to- day office administration tasks

Handling Invoices, quotations, documentation, filing, and correspondence

Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers

Supporting management with reports and scheduling.
