Location: Kuwait

Scope: Kuwait and Mena Region Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 year working experience in Tally Accounting Software.

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting entries in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer billing.

Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances.

Support payroll processing and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Kuwait and Mena operations.

Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.

Prepare VAT/GST and other tax filings in coordination with auditors/consultants.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent financial reporting across Mena entities.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

Support the finance manager in implementing accounting systems, policies, and process improvements.

Provide ad-hoc financial data and reports for management decision-making.
