we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. We prefer Arab nationals to enhance our cultural insights and client relationships.
Position Overview: The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key business clients in the B2B furniture sector. This position is essential for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and service execution.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts to clients.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Should be experienced in key account management or sales within the B2B furniture industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship- building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long- term client relationships.
Ability to work effectively in a team- oriented environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
