We are seeking a strong, confident, and highly organized Kitchen Expeditor (Expo) to take full control of kitchen service flow. This role requires a commanding presence, exceptional attention to detail, and clear, assertive communication with both Kitchen and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control all food orders from the pass during service

- Act as the primary communication link between Kitchen and FOH teams

- Ensure correct order timing, sequencing, and smooth service flow

- Perform final quality checks on all dishes (presentation, portioning, temperature, and accuracy)

- Ensure all special requests, dietary requirements, and allergy instructions are strictly followed

- Maintain discipline, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards during service

Requirements

- Previous experience as Kitchen Expeditor, Chef de Pass, Kitchen Commis, Runner, Busser, or Assistant Waiter

- Strong personality with the ability to lead and make quick decisions under pressure

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced kitchen environment

- Immediate availability required

- Transferable Visa (Article 18) required in Kuwait
