Responsibilities and Authorities:

•Ensure availability of all Test methods & Acceptance Criteria for all required tests.

•Maintain all Laboratory tests (physical / Chemical/ Micro- biological) are done as per procedures & plans and all testing equipment’s used at Laboratory are calibrated on time as per procedure.

•Provide Certificate of Analysis as per final product.

•Verify our product test certificates along with third party Laboratories (Municipality)

•Maintain Laboratory test results and other related quality records.

•Monitor all product non- Conformities are handled as per procedure.

•Manage any additional assignments given by QC Head.

•Check all inspections & tests are done as per procedures & plans.

•Ensure Laboratory control along with Lab In- charge.

•Monitoring & measurement of Critical Control Points (CCPs)

•Analysis of all non- conformities (Rejection / Rework/ Customer returns).

•Check effective and efficient implementation of HACCP & Quality Management Systems in Factory.

•Follow up pest control activities, and cleaning company.

Recommended education and experience:

•Graduate in Microbiology /Food Technology.

•3 years of experience at Laboratory of food Processing Industry

•18 visa transferable
