Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare and oversee authentic Lebanese dishes

✔ Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise the kitchen team

✔ Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

✔ Develop and update menus

✔ Monitor food costs and kitchen supplies

✔ Train, mentor and support kitchen staff

Requirements

• Lebanese nationality

• Proven experience in authentic Lebanese cuisine

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast- paced kitchen environment
