The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing authentic Lebanese cuisine and working in a fast- paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards

• Handle grill, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or assigned station during service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily kitchen prep work

• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
